What to do about sunscald?

The top should have come off once they germinated. The top is only to keep heat and moisture in to help them germinate. They need to be hardened off outside for about an hour the first day and gradually increase time outside for about a week and than they can be transplanted outside as long as they have their first set of "true" leaves.
