Sleepover allowed TERRIBLE movie to be seen. Are my angers correct?

My daughter was invited to a sweet 16 sleepover at a friends house. Each girl was supposed to bring one Tom Cruise movie with. My daughter brought Minority Report because she appreciates its artistic integrity as a questioning satire of the current legal system. She almost brought Top Gun but one of the other girls already chose it. The night after the sleepover my daughter had to sleep in my bed with me and my husband (which led to a whole other issue involving him and her but that's neither here nor there). This is because one of the girls brought Eyes Wide Shut!! That movie involves a SATANIC CULT! She said there is a scene where Satanists are chanting and dressed in robes with staves and demonic masks on. She said now when she closes her eyes she envisions the masks and hears the chanting. I am APPALLED the mother of that house allowed that movie to be shown and even MORE APPALLED that my daughter watched the movie with her 'friends'. I have been VERY upset with her! I told her NO more TV NO more MOVIES NO more BOOKS NO more FRIENDS NO more PHONE NO more INTERNET NO more DATING NO more ANYTHING EXCEPT YOUTH GROUP FOR 2 MONTHS! She said I am overreacting and the movie was very artistic, which she appreciates. She wants to be a film student or a a grade school teacher for college but isnt sure which yet. Do you think I overdid it or is SHE overreacting TO LIFE!?
