Where is the most affordable health insurance that's not a rip off?

you know health net is a really good insurance i belive my mother pays 120 a month ppo ..i get free insurance and its blue cross anthem and its okay my husband works at a hospital so we get more benifits to tell you the truth health insurance is a rip off so the good ones are expensive sorry i know how it feels to be sick with hs
