Is their one thing in the universe that exists that defies the laws of physics?

I think when mankind finds things physics can't explain man will come up with new equations and theories and call it physics. The only thing that springs to mind is the black hole you didn't want to hear about. Don't worry, I'm not going to give you my theory because I don't have one. Maybe I'm wrong but I'm under the impression that man has no idea about what goes on inside a black hole, it's all theory and speculation at best.
