Brittle nail after acrylic help!?

so i had acrylics on for a few weeks without taking them off because i kept getting them re-done. when i had them on it was just the ring finger nail that was really sore and hurt if i touched it. i finally took the fake nails off and ofcourse all my nails are way too thin but the nail on my ring finger is literally half white and half normal it looks kinda disgusting. Will this grow out on its own and look normal or is it gunna stay like that? I think it got messed up because of lack of cirrculation. help please
