There is this old old movie I used to watch with my parents when I was little and I need help finding it?

It is a satire of spy movies, a guy is mistaken for a spy and there is a mix up with the umbrella he has, the one he gets is actually poisonous. The final scene is the bad guy dying in a pool, at a big party after being "stung" by the umbrella.......Anyone know what movie that was.
