Moving to Malaysia for short term so looking homes for rent, any suggestions ?

Moving to Malaysia for around 10 to 11 months period, I guess rental stay would be most appropriate. Can anyone suggest good and affordable area? Looking homes for rent in and around Kaula Lumpur. Any suggestions ?
