I need to rent a large space for a party, any ideas anyone?

I'm looking for an affordable, and large space. the party would be about 40 people, so something that would fit that comfortably, also would need to fit or have furniture etc... I would rent it for one night and the afternoon of the next day. Also i live in Montreal, Quebec, Canada so if you know off any specific places i could rent that would be appreciated. I'm planning the event for august if that changes anything.
