About dental work/insurance?

i know someone who chipped their two fron teeth they have no insurance so they dont want to go to the dentist to get them fixed their worried it will cost to much to get them repaired. can anyone give me any ideas on what to do or an insurance that is affordable but will still help them be covered in most areas if not all? please help they are very self conscious and would like to get them fixed!!
